For High-Ticket Trades

The site your $30,000 jobs deserve — live in a day.

You're the shop that does the work correctly. Your quote requests are getting shortlisted against competitors whose websites look better than yours. That's a solvable problem — and it doesn't take three months.

The specific way you're losing $30K jobs

Your work is premium. Your reputation is real. And you're still getting filtered out during the research phase before the call even happens.

The $32,000 roof that went elsewhere.

Homeowner needs a full replacement. Researches three roofers. Yours had the best reviews. Also had the site that loaded slowly and showed stock photos of 'beautiful roofs.' The other guy got the job.

The Mission Viejo homeowner problem.

Affluent, research-driven, checks 3-5 contractors before calling. Your site doesn't show pricing ranges, doesn't display your license number, doesn't mention financing. Theirs does. That's the whole difference.

The financing objection you never get to answer.

Homeowner sees your quote is $28,000. Wonders 'can I finance this?' Doesn't see the answer on your site. Calls the guy whose site shows 'from $421/month' up front.

The insurance restoration coordinator.

Property manager or insurance rep is picking vendors for the year's referrals. Reviews websites. Yours doesn't quite look like a business doing $100K in referral volume. Passes.

What you get on Launch Day

One flat rate. One focused day. Everything a $10K–$100K project deserves — built for how affluent homeowners actually research.

01

Real project photos & galleries

Your actual work on actual properties, organized so prospects can see the tier you operate in. Not stock. Not generic. The specific portfolio that closes higher-value quotes.

02

Transparent pricing ranges

'Roof replacements typically $18,000–$35,000 depending on size and materials.' Specific ranges consistently convert better than 'call for pricing' in this market.

03

Financing information front and center

Named partners. Typical payment ranges. 'From $421/month' framing. Removes the biggest objection before the sales conversation.

04

Credentials and warranty details

License number. Insurance. Bonding. Manufacturer certifications. Craftsmanship warranty specifics. All visible. All the trust signals affluent homeowners actually check for.

05

Neighborhood-specific service pages

Newport Coast. Mission Viejo. Huntington Harbour. The specific neighborhoods where you do your best work, with content that signals real local expertise.

06

You own everything

Domain, hosting, source code — all yours from day one. If you ever want to hand your business to your kids or sell it, the website goes with you.

The specific questions premium trades ask

The specific questions your peers ask before booking.

Will $4,500 actually produce a site that reflects premium work?
Yes, because we're not building it from scratch on Launch Day. The design system, technical infrastructure, and layout patterns are all pre-built and proven. What we do on your Launch Day is customize that infrastructure to your specific business — your services, your pricing, your photos, your positioning. The final product looks and converts like sites that agencies charge $12K-$25K for.
I get quoted $18K-$25K by OC agencies. Why is this so different?
Because we're not selling you the agency process. Discovery calls, strategy documents, wireframing sessions, multi-week design phases, revision cycles. All of that adds cost without adding proportional value for standard business websites. We compress the process by pre-building what doesn't need to be custom per project.
How do I show real project photos if I don't have professional photography?
iPhone photos of your actual jobs work fine. In fact, they often outperform staged professional shots because they signal real work rather than marketing. Send us what you have. We'll organize them into galleries that work. If you want professional photography later, you own the site — add to it whenever you're ready.
Can we add financing partner integration and calculator functionality?
Financing information (partner names, payment ranges, contact info) is included in the standard Launch Day. Interactive financing calculators are custom development and would be an add-on. Most customers find that clear payment range messaging ('from $421/month') captures the conversion without needing an interactive calculator.
What about SEO for competitive OC roofer / HVAC / builder terms?
The site launches with solid on-page SEO fundamentals — schema, titles, meta descriptions, neighborhood-specific service pages, mobile performance under 3 seconds. That handles 70% of what SEO actually is for local service businesses. Aggressive competitive keyword campaigns (ongoing content marketing, backlink building) are separate ongoing work — worth doing, but after the site itself exists.
What if I want a totally custom brand identity too?
That's a separate project. The Launch Day works with your existing brand — logo, colors, established positioning. If you're planning a full rebrand alongside the website, we can either do the rebrand first (separate engagement) and then Launch Day, or we can Launch Day with what you have now and layer in the rebrand later. Both work.

Your work is worth what you charge. Your website should say so.

One flat rate. One focused day. The site your $30K quote requests deserve — built for how OC homeowners actually research.
