Can you really build a whole website in one day?
Yes — and we've done it 120+ times. The trick is preparation. After you book, we send a simple prep kit (your content, photos, what you want people to do). On launch day we design, build, connect your domain, and you're live by evening.
What do I need to have ready?
Your business name, what you do in one sentence, a few photos if you have them, and a sense of who you serve. That's enough — we'll guide the rest on launch day.
How does the pricing actually work?
Two flat-rate pieces. Launch Day is $4,500 (one-time) and covers branding, the website itself, booking or contact setup, local SEO, your domain, and Year 1 of the Care Plan. The Care Plan is $1,200/year starting Year 2 — managed hosting, security, ongoing SEO and content updates within 5 business days. No hourly billing. No surprise invoices.
What if I cancel the Care Plan?
You can cancel anytime. We hand you the code and you can take your site to any host. You'll lose managed hosting, SEO maintenance and our updates — but the site is yours forever. We mention this up front because we think you should know it before you book, not after.
What if I don't have a logo or any branding yet?
Perfect — that's most of our clients. Custom brand direction is included: wordmark, colors, type. You leave the day with a real brand, not a template.
Is every site really custom, or do you use templates?
Every site is custom. No templates. No themes. The one-day promise works because we've pre-built our design system, tooling, component library, and workflow — not because we start from pre-made layouts. What you get is a genuine bespoke build shipped in a compressed timeline. If you'd like custom application-level functionality (multi-location logistics, custom booking systems, membership portals), that's a separate scope — happy to quote it.
I already have a website but it's outdated. Can you replace it?
Absolutely. We'll redirect your old URLs so you don't lose existing customers or search rankings, then ship the new site by end of day.
What counts as an "update" on the Care Plan?
Text and image changes — swapping photos, updating hours or phone, changing copy or pricing, fixing broken links or forms. Anything structural (new page layouts, e-commerce, full rebrands, multi-location pages) is a new Launch Day project. We spell it all out in the Fair Use Promise above.
